My drive through visit started with me sitting in line for 15 minutes before getting to the window. It was 2pm. There were two cars in front of me. That's an average of 7.5 minutes a car. When I got to the window, there was no one there. After 30 seconds, someone wandered up to take my debit card. Then, she disappeared again. To her credit, she did say, "sorry for the wait." However, I can't forgive waiting 20 minutes for fast food in a drive through line when I am the third car in line when I pulled up. My order? A hamburger, a bottle of water, and a cup of coffee. Oh, the coffee was fun. I asked for, "coffee with milk and sugar." I received a cup of coffee and a carton of 2% milk. Then she asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I guess it was partially my fault for not noticing the milk on the screen. I admit that. But...really? Anyway, I choose fast food not for the health benefits, not for the price, not really for the taste, but for the convenience. I get it because it's fast and easy. When fast food is not, especially in a drive through, it really has no redeeming qualities. I cannot recommend this place. I would give it a one star, but the hamburger wasn't bad when I finally received it.

Food is great, but slowest service I have ever seen in my life!!! Period! I hate that people who visit want to eat here and I can't talk them out of it. Average wait time from line to good is 20 minutes. Fast good my butt! Second time here: been waiting over 50 minutes and still no food. They're busy, but this is ridiculous. staff and manager should be fired!

The employees have been very nice every time my husband visit, which makes going there even more pleasant. I love the choices (especially since Red Burrito is part of it now) and the good value. It's fast food prices and speed but so much better quality. Plus they are one of the few fast food places with Coke Zero, which my husband and I love!
